Summary
Current technological changes lead to the accelerated emergence of new professions and the compression of the life cycle of qualifications. The answer to these challenges is the development of a system of corporate universities, project-based learning mechanisms, independent qualification assessment, scaling up the practice of multilateral partnerships between businesses and universities in the format of territorial clusters.
EdTech has become one of the most growing sectors of the IT business in recent years, new mechanisms for financing strategic projects for the development of education and ensuring the availability of high-quality additional education are being developed: social impact investments, educational lending mechanisms, the Income Share Agreement model, etc.
What steps should be taken at various levels of decision-making - federal, regional, corporate, in the field of ensuring the accelerated development of qualifications?
