Summary
The participants of the strategic session will discuss the results of the implementation of programs for cross-border and inter-regional cooperation of the subjects of the North-West of the Russian Federation, as well as recommendations for adapting the results achieved and best practices of interaction between the regions of the North-West Federal District with neighboring states, in particular, adapting and integrating the established effective instruments of neighborhood and strategic partner-ship in existing models of cooperation along the perimeter of land and sea borders for the benefit of residents of the regions of the Russian Federation and friendly countries in achieving the common Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
