The centers of the innovation economy are agglomerations with scientific centers, active business and highly qualified personnel.
New challenges associated with the imposition of sanctions are, among other things, an opportunity for the development of a domestic innovative product. In a situation of turbulence, it is important to retain highly qualified personnel and support science. It is necessary to understand which sectors of the innovative economy are necessary in the current situation, what is needed for them to develop effectively.
Main questions:
– The first results of the impact of sanctions on the innovation economy.
– The main problems faced by science and business (ban on the export and import of technologies, equipment, changes in sup-ply chains, outflow of personnel).
– Sanctions impact on ongoing projects, first losses and acquisitions. Possible points of growth.
– Reassembly and systematization of support measures in order to increase their effect.
