Information technologies have developed to a level where digitalization has become an integral part of society, penetrating all its spheres. Cities are rapidly “getting smarter”, traffic flows are monitored and predicted in real time, a person’s personality is being digitized, the form of interaction between the state and the citizen is changing. This is a challenge both for the technology of strategic planning and for the content of regional and city strategies.
Topics for discussion:
– digitalization practices that allow developing a high-quality strategy for socio-economic development;
- embedding the concepts of informatization and digitalization in strategic planning documents;
– prospects for digitalization and the future of strategic planning.
