Summary
Improving the quality and productivity of agricultural crops, obtaining a healthy and environmentally friendly crop through the introduction of new agricultural technologies in the regions of the Russian Federation and, as a result, increasing the food security of the Russian Federation. In particular, the tools for achieving these goals can serve as intellectual property protection, work with "big data" and government programs to support innovative projects.
