The dynamically changing situation in the modern world leads to the formation of requests for changes, which are often multi-dimensional and multi-vector in nature. To meet emerging challenges and issues, consulting support should cover a wide range of evidence-based fullcycle consulting services on various aspects of strategic management, operations, digital transformation and improving the efficiency of business processes and decision-making, as well as supporting the implementation of proposed solutions. This determines the focus on establishing a systemic connection between consulting, expert, scientific and educational areas of activity, creating and developing an ecosystem of digital solutions, including for the formation of a seamless connection with consumers of consulting services.
Issues for discussion:
– Formation of an ecosystem (platform) for the provision of consulting services and research work.
