Round Table
Regional priorities in the context of sanctions

Summary

The crisis phenomena experienced by the country can lead to a deterioration in the socio-economic situation in the regions, including an increase in inflation, a decrease in income and investment, and negative changes in the labor market.
In the context of the uncertainty of the scale and duration of economic sanctions, it is necessary to develop additional measures for the regions to minimize the risks associated with external pressure. At the same time, the main emphasis should be placed on key risks associated with non-fulfillment of forecast indicators for income, stagnation of regional development, logistics and transport problems, as well as import substitution.
Main questions:
– Does the current situation provide new opportunities?
– What measures of federal support have had the greatest effect? What measures are missing?
– How to change the economic landscape of the territory and the spatial framework?
– What territories were in the most unprotected position?
