The round table will continue the discussion of Russia’s industrial policy with an emphasis on import substitution mechanisms in the regional aspect. In the face of sanctions pressure, regional authorities, together with businesses, are looking for new ways to adapt, one of which is the formation of a list of products necessary to ensure import substitution. The lists are formed by relevant departments and regions independently, taking into account the specifics of production, raw materials and natural resources available in the subjects.
Questions for discussion:
– interaction of regions in the field of import substitution and determination of the priority model of communication;
– change in registers of import-substituting products as a result of the opening of new enterprises;
- guarantees for the sale of manufactured goods for manufacturers, provided by the state.
