The Strategic Plan of St. Petersburg is the first strategic document in Russia developed with the participation of stakeholders and the public. The plan was adopted on December 1, 1997 as a contract of public consent and signed by 145 members of the General Council. This year he turns 25 years old.
On the website of the Forum of Strategists, in the Anniversary section, there is a video “History of the Creation of the First Strategic Plan of St. Petersburg. 1996-1997”, dedicated to the document that launched the development of strategic planning in Russia.
The video contains photographs taken during the work on the Plan, during meetings of thematic commissions, during public hearings. The stages of the development of the Strategic Plan and its key fragments - the declaration, the tree of goals and the main guidelines are also noted.
