On October 10, in the course of preparations for the review-competition "Implemented Strategies: from Idea to Implementation" (MSC -2022), a briefing seminar was held for the finalists. It was attended by representatives of the Organizing Committee of the MSC-2022 and all municipalities that qualified for the final. The main purpose of the event is to provide recommendations to the finalists so that they can prepare as effectively as possible. The MSC-2022 final will be held on October 31 as part of the Strategic Forum.

Boris Zhikharevich, director of the Resource Center for Strategic Planning at the Leontief Center, informed the participants about the procedure for holding meetings, presented the program of the final and highlighted the procedure for the work of the jury. The finalists were given recommendations on the preparation of speeches and materials.

As part of the seminar, a draw was held, which determined the order of performances of the finalists. According to the results of the draw, municipalities with a population of more than 250 thousand people will be the first to act, then - less than 80 thousand people, the final will complete the series in the group with a population of 80 to 250 thousand people.
